Cooroy Mountain Run

The ‘Cooroy Mountain Park – Dash for Cash‘ is a fun 5km Trail Run that encourages all levels of Trail Runners, from the novice right through to the elite – there is a $5,000 Cash Prize Pool up for grabs and the winning male and female take home $1,000 each. A stunningly picturesque course awaits you, be inspired by the beautiful private surrounds and jaw dropping vistas as you negotiate a variety of exciting terrain, you will follow the marked trail to the upper terraced region of the mountain to the Cooroy Mountain Park Lodge which is at 289m elevation, run around the lodge and then down some classic cross country and single trail to the finish.

Noosa Jazz Party

The festival is held over ten days where there will be many themed nights and many local and international artists who will be performing. Within this event, you will find several stages which play host to over 45 performances from jazz, blues, rock and folk musicians. Venues around Noosa during the ten days that will be hosting events include the popular lunch series at the River Deck restaurant, Pier 11 Restaurant, Fratellini’s in Sunshine Beach, Miss Moneypennys and cafe Le Monde in Hastings St, a Legends Lunch at the RACV resort, The Sunshine Beach Surf Club, and a free Sunday Concert at the Lions Riverstage, Gympie Terrace, Noosaville (near the Yacht Club). Food and drinks are available at the venues, as well as heaps of traditional jazz that will have your toes tapping or up dancing. There will also be plenty of seating for those who prefer just to sit and enjoy the show! Seating is available on a first-come-first-served basis. You can purchase tickets for one or all four nights. A shuttle bus will also operate, taking passengers around Noosa Heads during the festival.
